Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou střihové skladby v dílech české filmové avantgardy třicátých let 20. století. Do této skupiny bývají řazeny především krát-kometrážní počiny Alexandra Hackenschmieda, Otakara Vávry, Jana Kučery, Čeňka Zahradníčka, Karla a Ireny Dodalových, Jiřího Lehovce a dalších, jejichž tvorba formálně odkazuje a navazuje na evropská avantgardní hnutí let dvacátých, zejména na …more
Abstract:
The focus of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the Editing of Czech Avant-garde Films in the 1930s. The analyzed group of works includes short films by Alexander Hackenschmied, Otakar Vávra, Jan Kučera, Čeněk Zahradníček, Karel and Irena Dodal, Jiří Lehovec and others. Their work formally references and continues the European Avant-garde movements of the 1920s, most notably the City Symphony genre …more
