Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vztahů mezi žadateli o mezinárodní ochranu a pracovníky pomáhajících profesí z pobytového a integračního střediska Zastávka u Brna. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny kapitoly, ve kterých jsem se věnovala problematice uprchlictví, migrace, legislativnímu rámci, průběhu azylové procedury. Popsala jsem instituce, které se zabývají migranty. Dále jsem se věnovala sociální práci s žadateli o mezinárodní ochranu a s tím spojenými bariérami a vztahy mezi klienty a sociálními pracovníky. V praktické části práce je zdůvodněn výběr kvalitativní strategie výzkumu, výsledky šetření a jejich interpretace. V závěru práce je na základě získaných dat zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka: Jak sociální pracovníci z pobytového střediska Zastávka a žadatelé o mezinárodní ochranu percipují svůj vzájemný vztah?

Abstract:

The graduation thesis is focused on the relation problems between the applicant for asylum and the social workers from the residency and integrative department in Zastavka u Brna. In the theoretical part there are sections mentioned, in which I addressed the dilemma of refugees, migration, legislative framework, the development of the asylum procedure. I described the institutions that handle migrants. I furthermore focused on the social work with the asylum applicant and the barriers connected with it and the relations between the clients and social workers. In the practical part the choice of the quality of the research strategy, investigation outcome and its interpretation is substantiated. In the conclusion of the thesis the main research question is answered based on the acquired data: How do the social workers from the residency department Zastavka and the asylum applicant’s perceive their mutual relationship?
