Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pregraduální přípravy učitelů a postojem studentů k učitelské profesi. Teoretická část je zaměřena na profesi učitele 1. stupně ZŠ. V našem výzkumném šetření jsme se snažili zjistit konkrétně jaké změny v přístupu k profesi způsobuje profesionální vzdělávání. This dissertation work is focused on training of the future teachers and on teacher´s profession generally. Teoretical part of the word concentrates especially on teacher´s profession in the first grade of the primary school.
