Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá stálostí motivace k doučování u romských dětí. Cílem práce je poznat, co posiluje stálost motivace k doučování u romských dětí. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu stálosti motivace. Popisuje proces udržování motivace skrze působení emocí, kognitivního vnímání a vůle. Dává do souvislosti teorii sebedeterminace a posílení stálosti motivace skrze princip zvnitřňování. Teoretická část zahrnuje i témata výchovy a hodnot v romské rodině ve vztahu ke vzdělávání a popisuje, jak doučování probíhá ve vybrané organizaci. Druhá část práce je empirická a popisuje realizaci a výsledky tří případových studií. Případem byla romská rodina, jejíž dítě navštěvuje doučování dlouhodobě a pravidelně ve zvolené nestátní neziskové organizaci.

Abstract:

The master's thesis deals with the maintenance of Roma children motivation to tutoring. The aim of the work is to know what strengthens the maintaining motivation to tutoring of Roma children. The theoretical part focuses on defining the concept of maintenance of motivation. It describes the process of maintaining motivation through the action of emotions, cognitive perception and will. It connects the theory of self-determination and maintaining motivation through the principle of internalization. The theoretical part also includes the topics of education and values in the Roma family in relation to education and describes how tutoring takes place in a selected organization. The second part of the work is empirical and describes the implementation and results of three case studies. The case was a Roma family whose child attends tutoring for a long time and regularly in a specific non-governmental non-profit organization.
