Abstract:
Cílem práce je popsat postavení biologických rodičů v systému náhradní péče o jejich děti. Práce se skládá z osmi kapitol. Prvních pět kapitol nabízí teoretický úvod a popisují rodinu a její funkce, náhradní rodinnou péči s jejími typy, rozebírá práva i povinnosti pěstounů i dětí, zabývá se problematikou kontaktu dětí s jejich biologickou rodinou a poukazuje na související etická dilemata. The aim of the thesis is to describe the position of biological parents in the system of substitute care for their children. The thesis consists of eight chapters.
