Feasibility study project of paintball area.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením studie proveditelnosti pro konkrétní podnikatelský záměr, jehož cílem je otevření paintballové arény ve městě Most. Nejdříve se stanovují základní informace týkající se definice a založení podniku, analyzuje se daný trh. Následně se vyčíslují investiční výdaje a náklady na projekt, stanovuje se potřeba finančních zdrojů a odhaduje se zisk v optimistické, realistické a pesimistické rovině. Za pomoci dynamických metod v podobě doby návratnosti, čisté současné hodnoty a vnitřního výnosového procenta se vyhodnotí životaschopnost podnikatelského záměru. Z výsledů dynamických metod a výhledového cash-flow se dospělo k závěru, že projekt je realizovatelný.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of a feasibility study for a particular business plan whose aim is to open a paintball arena in the city of Most. First, the basic information about the definition and establishment of the business is set, the market is analyzed. Subsequently, investment costs and project costs are quantified, the need for financial resources is determined and the profit is estimated at an optimistic, realistic and pessimistic level. The viability of the business plan is evaluated using dynamic methods of payback time, net present value and internal rate of return. The results of dynamic methods and prospective cash-flow concluded that the project is feasible.
