Analytical solution for the human resources department in the financial sector

Abstract:

Cílem této závěrečné práce je navrhnout a vytvořit analytické řešení pro oddělení lidských zdrojů ve finančním sektoru. Dílčím cílem je tvorba unifikovaného datového zdroje, ze kterého bude čerpat data HR controlling a další útvary v rámci sekce lidských zdrojů. V první části práce je popsán význam HR útvaru pro vybranou společnost a také datové problémy, se kterými se HR potýká na denní bázi. Následně je rozebrán zvolený přístup k realizaci projektu, společně s tvorbou vizualizací. V závěrečné části je popsán postup validace tohoto projektu.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to design and create an analytical solution for the human resources department in the financial sector. The partial goal is the creation of a unified data source from which HR controlling and other departments within the human resources section will draw data. The first part of the thesis describes the importance of the HR department for the chosen company, as well as the data issues that HR faces on the daily basis. Subsequently, the selected approach of the project implementation is discussed, together with the creation of visualizations. The final part describes the validation process of this project.
