Bakalářská práce se věnuje dani z nemovitých věcí, především místnímu koeficientu a možnosti jeho stanovení na menších částech území obce. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the property tax, particularly the local coefficient and the possibility of its determination in smaller parts of a municipality's territory.
