Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak je regulován tříděný sběr komunálního odpadu v České republice se zvláštním důrazem na sběr jeho biologicky rozložitelných a kovových složek. V první části práce je především definován pojem odpadu a komunálního odpadu. The aim of this thesis is to find out how separation and collection of municipal waste are regulated in the Czech Republic with particular emphasis on the collection of its biodegradable and metallic components.
