Social housing as an option for prevention social exclusion from the perspective of clients

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá tématem sociální bydlení jako jedna z možností prevence sociálního vyloučení pohledem klientů. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak osoby, které v minulosti byly ohrožené ztrátou bydlení nyní vnímají užívání sociální-ho bytu. Co považují za jeho přínosy, co za slabé stránky a také to, jak se tato forma pomoci projevila do jejich životní situace. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definice klíčových pojmů a seznámení se s několika provedenými výzkumy. Empirická část uvádí výsledky výzkumu, které představují subjektivní názor uživatelů sociálního bydlení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of social housing as one of the options for preventing social exclusion from the perspective of clients. The aim of the thesis is to find out how people who in the past were at risk of losing their housing now per-ceive the use of social housing. What they consider as its benefits, what they consid-er as its weaknesses and also how this form of assistance has affected their living situation. The theoretical part focuses on definitions of key terms and an introduc-tion to some of the research conducted. The empirical part presents the results of the research, which represent the subjective opinion of social housing users.
