Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá pragmatikou právního jazyka, zejména pak specifickým použitím deiktických výrazů. Práce si klade za cíl pomocí kvalitativní analýzy psaných právních dokumentů stanovit, jaké zvláštnosti je v deiktických výrazech možné identifikovat. This paper focuses on pragmatics in legal language, predominantly on the specifics of deictic expressions. The study aims at a qualitative analysis of written legal texts with an attempt to determine the representative features that are possible to be identified in the deictic usage.
