Employee’s reasons for leaving the selected organization

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce jsou důvody odchodu zaměstnanců z vybrané organizace. Cílem je zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku: „Jaké důvody pro odchod z vybrané organizace uvádí zaměstnanci, kteří odešli nebo svůj odchod zvažují?“ V teoretické části je vymezena fluktuace a jak jí lze předcházet. V další kapitole jsou popsány důvody odchodu zaměstnanců ze zaměstnání a faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodnutí zaměstnanců, zda ve vybrané organizaci zůstanou anebo ji opustí. V této práci je také popsána vybraná organizace, její struktura, zaměstnanci, registrované sociální služby a sociálně vyloučené lokality. V metodické části jsou popsány výzkumné techniky, výzkumný vzorek, etické otázky, limity výzkumu, operacionalizace a dílčí výzkumné otázky. V empirické části je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka. V závěru jsou interpretována zjištění výzkumu a formulována doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is employee’s reasons for leaving the selected organization. The goal of this thesis is to answer the research question: "What kind of reasons for the leaving the selected organization says employees who left or who's considering leaving the organization?" In theoretical part is defined fluctuation and how it can be prevented. In another chapter are described employee’s reasons for leaving employment and factors that affect employee's decisions to stay or leave the selected organization. In this thesis is also described the selected organization, its structure, employees, registered social services and socially excluded localities. In methodological part are defined research strategies, research sample, research ethics, research limits, research questions and operationalization. In empirical part is answered research question. In the end are interpreted research findings and practice recommendations.
