Tato práce se věnuje vztahu mezinárodního práva a práva Evropské unie. Pojednává o základních principech aplikace mezinárodního a unijního práva v členských státech Unie. Zabývá se otázkou, jak Unie využívá tradičního mezinárodního práva v rámci své činnosti, zejména práva mezinárodních smluv. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the relation between international law and the EU law. Basic principles are treated of application of international law and the EU law in the Member States of the EU. Special attention is paid to the external relations of the EU, in the light of the supranationally governed activity of the EU. The thesis attempts to reflect the Lisbon revision.
