Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou použití nekalých obchodních praktik. Cílem práce je vypracování doporučení k rozpoznání nekalých praktik a definování návrhu, jak se lze proti uvedeným nekalým praktikám bránit.První kapitola této práce definuje pojmy spotřebitele a podnikatele. Druhá kapitola obsahuje přehled současné české legislativy, analýzu harmonizace českého práva a priority budoucí spotřebitelské politiky. Dále jsou vymezený základní práva a povinnosti spotřebitele a podnikatele. Práce také obsahuje příklady nekalých obchodních praktik. V praktické části je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je zjištění, nakolik dobře jsou spotřebitelé seznámeni s nekalými obchodními praktiky a se svými pravý.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of unfair commercial practices. The aim of the thesis is to develop recommendations for recognizing unfair practices and defining a proposal how to defend against these unfair practices.The first chapter of this thesis defines the concepts of consumer and entrepreneur. The second chapter contains an overview of the current Czech legislation, an analysis of the harmonization of Czech law and the priorities of the future consumer policy. Furthermore, the basic rights and obligations of consumers and entrepreneurs are defined. The thesis also contains certain examples of unfair commercial practices. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey is carried out, the aim of which is to find out how well consumers can recognize unfair business practices and how well they know their rights.
