Bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku podmíněného propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, zejména se zaměřením na stávající právní úpravu. The thesis describes the issue of conditional release from the prison with a focus on existing legislation. It was proceeded to a short excursion into the past to the seriousness of this institute. This thesis contains basic information about activities of the authorities which are involved in the parole of a prisoner serving a prison sentence and his integration into the society.
