Abstract:
Fluorimetrie je analytická metoda, která využívá schopnosti některých látek emitovat fluorescenční záření. K převedení do excitovaného stavu je využívána absorpce ultrafialového nebo viditelného záření. K měření se využívá spektrofluorimetrů, které měří signál vzorku umístěného obvykle v kyvetě. Fluorimetry is analytical method that using capabilities of some substances to emit fluorescent radiation. To convert the excited state is generally used absorption in ultraviolet or visible radiation. In measurements are using spectrofluorometers that measure signal sample that is usually placed in the cell.
