Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Motivační systém ve firmě TOP AUTOSALON Blansko, s.r.o. a návrhy na jeho zlepšení“ je analýza motivačních nástrojů firmy. Na jejich základě jsem podala návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu motivačního systému firmy.
Abstract:
Thesis: „System of motivation in ´TOP AUTOSALON BLANSKO, Ltd.´, and suggestions for its improvement“, is the analysis of motivational methods with in the company. On this basis I have made suggestions for improving the current state of the incentive system of the company.
