Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením kapitálové struktury Adélka a.s. Cílem je zkoumání vývoje struktury kapitálu dané společnosti během let 2014 až 2018, její porovnání s hodnotami v odvětví a konkurenční společností Lapek a.s.
