Tato práce se věnuje mapování vybraných trendů v péči o seniory v pobytových sociálních zařízeních. Pojednává o jevech stáří a stárnutí a demografickém vývoji v souvislosti se stárnutím populace. Následně definuje jednotlivá zařízení sociálních služeb určených pro seniory podle aktuální platné legislativy. This work deals with the mapping of selected trends in the care of seniors in residential social facilities. It deals with the phenomena of aging and demographic developments in the context of aging populations. Then it defines individual social services facilities for the elderly according to current legislation.
