Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na studium dynamiky proteinů, zejména na studium skládání a změn konformace již složených proteinů. Skládání proteinů je životně důležitý proces, během kterého protein zaujme svůj funkční stav. This diploma thesis is focused on the study of protein dynamics, especially on the protein folding and conformational changes of proteins in already folded state. Folding is a vitally important process during which a protein assumes its intended, functional shape.
