Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá odpovědností zaměstnavatele za škody způsobené zaměstnanci, její prevencí, pojištění proti případným škodám a jejich odškodnění v závislosti na ustanovení zákoníku práce. V teoretické části jsou citovány a probrány obecně jednotlivé paragrafy a ustanovení zákoníku práce, týkající se předcházení škodám, odpovědnost za škody zaměstnavatele. This work deals with the responsibility of the employer for damages caused by the employees, its prevention, insurance against potential damage and compensation according to the provision of the Labour Code.
