Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Funkce a praxe portálů veřejné správy“ je přiblížit funkci a praxi portálů v oblasti daňové správy. První část je zaměřena na vymezení terminologie z oblasti veřejné správy, elektronické veřejné správy a portálových řešení. Druhá část přibližuje trendy a současnou praxi českých portálových řešení v oblasti daňové správy, vymezuje funkce daňové správy a její požadavky na elektronické vládnutí. Dále upozorňuje na vývoj v této oblasti ve světle probíhající reformy daňové a celní správy.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "The function and practice of public administration portal" is closer to the function and practice of portals in the area of tax administration. The first part is about terminology of public administration, electronic public administration and portal solutions. The second part describes trends and practise of Czech portal solutions in the field of tax administration. You can find there defines the functions of tax administration and requirements for electronic governance. This part also illustrates the developement in this area in light of the ongoing reforms of tax and customs administration.
