Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na syndrom vyhoření u lékařů a zkoumá procesy transformativního učení, které souvisejí s jeho překonáváním. This thesis focuses on burnout syndrome in physicians and explores the trans-formative learning processes involved in overcoming it.
