Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zaměstnaneckých benefitů, zejména pak jejich daňovou optimalizací, jak z pohledu zaměstnavatele, tak z pohledu zaměstnance. První část práce vychází z deskripce teoretických zdrojů a je zaměřená na definici, dělení, legislativu, účtování a současné trendy v oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Velký důraz je zde kladen na daňové aspekty zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Ve druhé části je analyzován současný systém benefitů ve vybrané společnosti. Na závěr práce je umístěn vlastní návrh na změny v nabídce zaměstnaneckých benefitů, který vychází především z důkladné analýzy a výsledků dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of employee benefits, especially their tax optimization from the perspective of both employer and employee. The first part of the thesis is based on the descriptive theoretic sources and focuses on definition, division, legislation, accounting and current trends in employee benefits. There is a strong emphasis on the tax aspects of employee benefits. The second part analyses the current system of benefits in the selected company. At the end of the thesis is proposal for changes in the offer of employee benefits, which is based mainly on a thorough analysis and results of the survey.
