Development of power endurance in junior cross country skiers
Abstract:
KRŠKOVÁ, Barbora: Rozvoj silové vytrvalosti u dorostu v běhu na lyžích, bakalářská práce. Brno: MU FSpS, 2010, 37 s. Tato práce se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou běžeckého lyžování a testováním silových schopností u dorostenecké kategorie běžců na lyžích. V práci přinášíme srovnání výsledků Unifittestu a jejich vyhodnocení.

This work describes the general characteristics of cross-country skiing and testing capabilities in the power category of junior cross-country skiers. In this work we bring Unifittestu comparison of results and their evaluation.
