Disertační práce se zaměřuje na ekonomické migranty z Vietnamu, Ukrajiny a Ruska působící na českém trhu práce. The paper focuses on economic migrants emigrating from Vietnam, Ukraine and Russia, and working in the Czech labor market. The primary objective of the paper is to identify the obstacles for entry into the Czech labor market from the point of view of a migrant who is already active within the Czech labor market.
