Diplomová práce se zabývá evaluací a následným návrhem inovací projektu MyS3 – Mystery shopping v knihovnách. Projekt MyS3 se od roku 2012 zabývá hodnocením kvality služeb knihoven za pomocí metody mystery shopping. This diploma thesis deals with evaluation and subsequent suggestion of innovations of the „MyS3 – Mystery shopping in libraries“ project. Project MyS3, deals from the year 2012, with the measuring of the quality of library services, using the method of mystery shopping.
