Diplomová práce se zabývá evaluací a následným návrhem inovací projektu MyS3 – Mystery shopping v knihovnách. Projekt MyS3 se od roku 2012 zabývá hodnocením kvality služeb knihoven za pomocí metody mystery shopping. Mystery shopping je kvalitativní výzkumná metoda, která k hodnocení využívá fiktivních zákazníku.
