Abstract:

Předkládaná práce se zaměřuje na problematiku řízení zdravotně sociální práce ve zdravotnictví a je strukturována celkem do sedmi kapitol, úvodu a závěru práce. První kapitola práce popisuje vznik sociální práce ve zdravotnictví a vymezuje základní pojmy. Dále pojednává o rozdílu mezi sociálním pracovníkem a zdravotně sociálním pracovníkem, o rozdílu mezi druhy zdravotnických zařízení a poskytování zdravotní péče a cílech a hodnotách sociální práce ve zdravotnictví. Druhá kapitola je věnována platnému legislativnímu ukotvení sociální práce ve zdravotnictví, etice zdravotně sociálního pracovníka, řízení lidských zdrojů ve zdravotnickém zařízení a sociologii pacienta. Třetí kapitola věnuje pozornost postavení zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu, osobnosti a dovednostem, kterými by měl zdravotně sociální pracovník ve zdravotnictví disponovat. Taktéž kapitola pojednává metody, které zdravotně sociální pracovník v praxi využívá. Čtvrtá kapitola práce je věnována řízení sociální práce v nemocnici. Kapitola se věnuje praktické stránce sociální práce ve zdravotnictví a vychází především z praxe. Kapitola popisuje pracovní postupy a dokumentaci zdravotně sociálního pracovníka. Pátá kapitola je věnována metodologii samotného kvalitativního sociologického výzkumu. Kvalitativní výzkum je založen na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech. Šestá kapitola se věnuje analýze a interpretaci poznatků zjištěných v rámci provedeného výzkumu. Sedmá kapitola navrhuje možné změny v řízení sociální práce ve zdravotnictví. Navrhované změny vycházejí z informací zjištěných během výzkumu. Závěr práce shrnuje celkový pohled na problematiku řízení sociální práce ve zdravotnictví a v několika větách vystihuje největší nedostatky, které řízení sociální práce ve zdravotnictví v současné době sužují.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of health-social work management in the healthcare industry. The thesis is structured as follows: introduction, seven main chapters which constitute the body of the thesis, and conclusion. The first chapter describes the emergence of social work in healthcare industry and defines the basic concepts. The second chapter is dedicated to legislation of social work in the healthcare industry, ethics of health-social worker, human resources management in the healthcare facilities and sociology of patient. The third chapter pays attention to the position of a health-social worker in a multidisciplinary team, personality and skills that a health-social in healthcare worker should have. The chapter also discusses methods used by a health-social worker in practice. The fourth chapter is devoted to the management of social work in the hospital. The chapter deals with the practical aspects of social work in the healthcare industry and it is based on practice. The chapter describes working procedures and means of a health-social worker. The fifth chapter includes methodology of the qualitative sociological research. The qualitative research is based on semi-structured interviews. The sixth chapter concerns the analysis and interpretation of the results from the research. The seventh chapter proposes possible changes in the management of social work in the healthcare industry. The proposed changes are based on the information arising from the research. The conclusion summarizes the overall view of the issue of management of social work in healthcare industry and in several sentences explains greatest disadvantages of the social work in Czech Republic healthcare industry.
