Abstract:

Téma mé bakalářské práce nese název Možnosti sociální práce s rodinou v ubytovnách ve Statutárním městě Ostrava. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké jsou způsoby pomoci a podpory při práci s rodinou žijící v ubytovně ve Statutárním městě Ostravě. Popisuje základní terminologii týkající se této problematiky. Teoretická část se také věnuje významu bydlení z pohledu různých vědních disciplín, znakům, funkcím bydlení a pojetí domova podle typologie ETHOS. Práce se dále zabývá vymezením, funkcemi a typologií rodin. Významná je také kapitola týkající se ubytoven, která se zaměřuje na rodiny s dětmi, přičemž je čerpáno také z dokumentů Statutárního města Ostravy. Pozornost je dále věnována vybraným rizikům, se kterými se rodina v ubytovně může potýkat. Poslední kapitola v rámci teoretické části se pak věnuje samotné sociální práci s rodinami a možnostmi řešení bytové nouze rodin s dětmi. Aplikační část je zpracována na základě analýzy spisové dokumentace formou komparace kazuistik. Výsledkem aplikační části mé bakalářské práce je srovnání uvedených kazuistik a popis konkrétních způsobů pomoci a podpory při práci s rodinou, jež se dostala z ubytovny do adekvátního bydlení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is called Possibilities of Social Work with Family in Hostels in the Statutory City of Ostrava. It consists of a theoretical and an application part. The aim of this thesis is to find out what are the ways of help and support when working with a family living in a hostel in the Statutory city of Ostrava. It describes the basic terminology related to this issue. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the importance of housing from the perspective of various scientific disciplines, features, and functions of housing as well as the concept of home according to the ETHOS category. This thesis also deals with the definition, functions, and typology of families. The documents from the Statutory City of Ostrava are used in an important chapter about hostels that focuses on families with children. Attention is paid to the selected risks that the families in hostels may face. The last chapter of the theoretical part of this document is devoted to social work with such families and the possibilities of solving housing emergencies of families with children. The application part of this thesis is processed on file documentation analysis through comparing case reports. The result of the application part of my thesis is comparison of demonstrated case reports and specific ways of help and support when working with families that went from hostels to adequate housing.
