Diplomová práce se zabývá informovaností a farmakologickou compliance seniorů. V teoretické části je zmapována oblast farmakoterapie ve stáří s jejími specifiky a problematika compliance. Těžiště práce tvoří vlastní dotazníkové šetření mezi seniory, kteří si léky připravují a užívají samostatně a u nichž má tedy informovanost a dobrá compliance zásadní význam v dosažení účinné léčby. The graduation thesis deals with the awareness and pharmacology compliance of elderly people. There is the area of pharmacotherapy in old-age with its specific features and the problems of compliance dealt with in the theoretical part.
