Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný systém odměňování ve společnosti Grafobal a.s. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse current system of remuneration in compa-ny Grafobal a.s. The work consists of theoretical and practical part.
