Abstract:
Renální karcinom je nejčastějším nádorovým onemocněním genitourinárního systému a tvoří asi 3% všech nádorových onemocnění. Na patogenezi renálního karcinomu se podílí proces epiteliálně-mezenchymální tranzice, který je zodpovědný za přeměnu nemotilních a neinvazivních epiteliálních buněk na motilní a invazivní mezenchymální buňky. Renal cell carcinoma is the most common neoplasm of genitourinary tract and accounts for about 3% of all adult malignancies.
