This thesis deals with the study of base mutations in sarcin/ricin motif using molecular dynamics simulations and bioinformatics approaches. The aim of the study is to discover how the structure of the sarcin/ricin motif depends on its seqence. Táto práca sa zaoberá štúdiom mutácií báz v sarcín/ricín motíve pomocou molekulových dynamických simulácií a bioinformatických metód. Cieľom práce je odhaliť štruktúrne vlastnosti sarcín/ricín motívu v závislosti na jeho sekvencii.
