Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na meziobecní spolupráci ve školství v České republice ve formě svazkových škol. Cílem práce je nalezení bariér, které komplikují vznik a provoz svazkových škol a nalezení odpovědí na to, jaké podmínky by musely být splněny, aby obce ve větší míře zřizovaly školy a školská zařízení prostřednictvím dobrovolných svazků obcí. The thesis focuses on intermunicipal cooperation in education in the Czech Republic in the form of union schools. The aim of the thesis is to find barriers that complicate the establishment and operation of union schools, and to find answers to what conditions would have to be fulfilled for municipalities to establish schools and educational facilities to a greater extent through voluntary federations …more
