The Analysis of the Labour Market in the Saxon-Bohemian Region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje trhu práce v česko-saském prostoru v období od roku 2000 do současnosti. Česko-saský prostor je vymezen na úrovni regionů soudržnosti, tzv. NUTS 2 regionů. V první části práce je za pomoci specifických dat analyzován vývoj zaměstnanosti dle zvolených kritérií, v druhé části je analyzována nezaměstnanost, taktéž dle předem zvolených kritérií. Na základě poznatků získaných při vypracovávání analýzy je na konci zařazeno nastínění možného vývoje trhu práce v daném území v blízké budoucnosti a faktory, které ho mohou pozitivně či negativně ovlivnit.

Abstract:

This dissertation deals with the analysis of the development of the labour market in the Saxon-Bohemia region, in period from the year 2000 to nowadays. Saxon-Bohemia region is determined on the level of cohesion regions, so-called NUTS 2 regions. In the first part of this thesis is, with the help of the particular data, analysed the development of employment, based on the selected data, in the second part is analysed the development of unemployment, likewise based on the selected data. In the base of piece of knowledge, which were obtain during the making of this analysis, is included at the end the outline of the possibly development of the labour market in the given area in the near future and you can find here the considerations, which can influenced it in positive or negative way.
