Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou personálních agentur, popisem analýz, které se promítají v analytické části a vytvoření návrhů pro zefektivnění firemních procesů pro vybranou agenturu JESS Production.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focusing on a general characteristics of personal agencies, description of the selected analyses which can be found in a analytical part of the thesis and also creating proposals to improve and streamline the agency´s processes for a chosen personal agency, JESS Production.
