The bachelor's thesis focuses on the services of a recruitment agency. The first part of the thesis describes the employment services the labor market and the theoretical basis of services in general. The second part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of a specific recruitment agency its activity and position on the market. The subsequent part thesis analyzes the logistical process of recruiting an employee which describes the cooperation between the recruitment agency the client and the candidate. The conclusion of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of the activities of the recruitment agency and the suggestions for improving the process of the services provided.
