The first psychological support and interventionists´activities of Emergency medical services in the Moravian-Silesian Region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje první psychické pomoci a činnosti interventů Zdravotnické záchranné služby Moravskoslezského kraje, kteří poskytují tuto pomoc sekundárně zasaženým osobám v terénu, na místě krizové události. Teoretická část práce seznamuje s pojmy jako jsou krize, krizová intervence a první psychická pomoc. Představuje nám také samotnou práci interventů, vznik intervenčního týmu, základní výcvik a způsoby dalšího vzdělávání. Praktická část práce zpracovává a vyhodnocuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl určen a předložen interventům Zdravotnické záchranné služby Moravskoslezského kraje. Zaměřuje se na dopravu interventů na místo události, jejich vybavením pro práci a možnostmi dalšího vzdělávání. Zjišťuje také, jaké téma intervencí je pro ně nejnáročnější, co je při samotné práci nejtěžší a jak se vyrovnávají s proběhlými intervencemi ve své psychice.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis is aimed at the first psychological support and interventionists´activities of Emergency medical services in the Moravian-Silesian Region. These are provided to secondarily affected people in the location of the crisis event. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the basic terms such as crisis, crisis intervention and the first psychological support. It also focuses on the interventionists´activities, interventionist team formation, basic training and the ways of further education. The practical part of the thesis processes and evaluates the results of the survey. The questionnaire was submitted to the interventionists of Emergency medical services in the Moravian-Silesian Region. It deals with the modes of interventionists´ transport to the spot of the crisis event, their equipment and the ways of further education. It finds out, which themes of interventions are the most challenging and what is the most diffucult part of the job itself. It also shows how the interventionists can cope with such demanding interventions.
