Strategic Analysis of SP Distribuce s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování strategické analýzy společnosti SP Distribuce s.r.o. a navržení strategických doporučení pro zlepšení jejího řízení v budoucnu. Práci tvoří teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé strategické analýzy včetně jejich významu a způsobu zpracování a základní pojmy s ní související. Následně v praktické části jsou tyto analýzy praktikovány na mnou vybranou společnost. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti, analýzu makrookolí, která je provedena PESTLE analýzou, analýzu mikrookolí využitím Porterova modelu pěti sil, analýzu vnitřních zdrojů společnosti, jejíž součástí je VRIO analýza, portfolio analýza a finanční analýza. Poslední provedenou analýzou je SWOT analýza, ve které jsou shrnuty příležitosti, které může podnik využít a hrozby, které by se měl snažit eliminovat. Součástí je také shrnutí silných a slabých stránek podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a strategic analysis of the company SP Distribuce s.r.o. and proposing strategic recommendations to improve its management in the future. The work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the individual strategic analyzes, including their meaning and method of processing and basic concepts related to it. Subsequently, in the practical part, these analyzes are practiced in the company that I have chosen. The practical part contains the introduction of the company, macro-environment analysis, which is performed by PESTLE analysis, micro-environment analysis using Porter's model of five forces, analysis of internal resources of the company, which includes VRIO analysis, portfolio analysis and financial analysis. The last analysis is a SWOT analysis, which summarizes the opportunities that the company can take advantage of and the threats that it should try to eliminate. It also includes a summary of the company's strengths and weaknesses.
