Detekce jednonukleotidových polymorfismů ve specifických místech určitých genů patří mezi důležité principy moderní molekulární diagnostiky, prevence a individualizované léčby závažných onemocnění (včetně nádorových). Detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms in specific sites of certain genes is one of the important principles of modern molecular diagnostics, prevention and therapy of severe diseases (including cancer).
