Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem hodnocení personálu v podmínkách Armády České republiky. Cílem práce je analýza právních norem a interních nařízení v rámci hodnocení občanských zaměstnanců a státních zaměstnanců, analýza aktuálního systému služebního hodnocení vojáků z povolání a prozkoumání vlivu jeho výsledků na vojáky, z pohledu ekonomického, manažerského a lidského.
