Diplomová práce pojednává o svobodě projevu v rámci judikatury Evropského soudu pro lidská práva (dále také jen „ESLP“), přičemž zvláštní pozornost je věnována úloze hromadných sdělovacích prostředků v demokratické společnosti. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights (“the Court”) concerning freedom of expression with a special focus on the role of mass media in democratic society. The central point of the thesis is an analysis of the case Radio Twist, a. s. v. Slovakia utilizing the five-stage test of the Court.
