Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou karbonylových sloučenin, konkrétně formaldehydu a acetonu, pomocí plynové chromatografie. K analýze bylo použito instrumentální zapojení plynového chromatografu s plamenově ionizačním detektorem, který neumožňuje přímé stanovení formaldehydu. Abstract:
This bachelor`s thesis is focused on the analysis of carbonyl compounds, specifically on the analysis of formaldehyde and acetone. Analyses were performed on a gas chromatograph equipped with a flame ionization detector that does not allow direct analysis of formaldehyde.
