System of work with adolescents in the frame of the Probation and Mediation Service Jihlava

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem práce probačních úředníků/asistentů s mladistvými klienty, dále osobností mladistvého a střediskem Probační a mediační služby Jihlava. V první části jsou vysvětleny odborné pojmy a je zde popsán Zákon o odpovědnosti mládeže za protiprávní činy a o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na osobnost mladistvého, jeho postavení v trestním právu a na specifické znaky v průběhu jeho psychického, sociálního a fyzického vývoje. Dále je v práci objasněna historie a současný stav střediska Probační a mediační služby Jihlava a jsou zde podrobně popsány metody práce s mladistvými klienty. V závěrečné části jsou uvedeny konkrétní kazuistiky mladistvých pachatelů a přesný postup práce probačních pracovníků v těchto případech

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the system of work of probation officers/assistants with young clients, the personality of the juvenile and center Probation and Mediation Service Jihlava. The first section explains the technical terms and there is described the Law on the Act on Liability for unlawful acts of youth and youth justice. The second chapter is focused on the personality of the juvenile, his status in criminal law and the specific features during its psychological, social and physical development. Further in the work is clarified history and current status of the Probation and Mediation Service Jihlava and there are described in detail the methods of work with young clients. The final section provides specific cases of juvenile offenders and the exact progress of the work of probation staff in these cases
