Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vyhledávání, zajišťování a zkoumání biologických stop, které jsou v trestním řízení používány jako důkaz k prokázání viny či neviny stíhané osoby. V úvodní části je věnována pozornost historickému vývoji kriminalistické biologie a jejím průkopníkům. V dalších kapitolách je popsán postup kriminalistických techniků a používané prostředky při vyhledávání a zajišťování stop na místě činu. Dále je pozornost věnována kriminalistickým pracovištím, ve kterých probíhá zkoumání stop v laboratorních podmínkách a specifickým metodám jejich zkoumání. V praktické části je popsán postup na místě činu a následné úkony spojené s prací s biologickými stopami na skutečném případu vraždy. Cílem práce bylo shrnutí teoretických znalostí o biologických stopách a znázornění této činnosti v policejní praxi.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of searching, ensuring and research of biological traces, which are used in criminal proceedings as evidence of the guilt or innocence of the person prosecuted. In the introductory part, attention is paid to the historical development of forensic biology and its pioneers. The following chapters describe the practice of forensic technicians and the means used to find and provide tracks at the crime scene. Further attention is paid to the criminological workplaces in which the investigation of the tracks in the laboratory conditions and the specific methods of their investigation are being carried out. The practical part describes the procedure at the crime scene and the follow-up of the work with biological traces of the actual murder case. The aim of the work was to summarize the theoretical knowledge about biological traces and to illustrate this activity in police practice.
