The Active Policy of Employment as a Basic Tool for the Fight against Unemployment in the Ústí Region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Aktivní politika zaměstnanosti jako základní nástroj pro boj s nezaměstnaností v Ústeckém kraji" se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti v obecné rovině a nástroji využívanými pro její řešení v rámci Evropského společenství i národní politiky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První teoretická část analyzuje nezaměstnanost, definuje její typy, příčiny a důsledky pro jedince a společnost. Závěr této části je věnován charakteristice Ústeckého kraje a zvláště regionu Děčín z pohledu vývoje nezaměstnanosti. Druhá empirická část vyhodnocuje kvantitativní výzkum zaměřený na cílovou skupinu nezaměstnaných osob starších padesáti let. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě zjištěných výsledků zpracovat projekt, který by co nejlépe vystihoval potřeby cílové skupiny a vypracovat grantovou žádost do výzvy pro globální granty číslo 74 s názvem "Výzva pro předkládání GP 2.1 - Posílení aktivních politik zaměstnanosti" v rámci Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis under the name of ?The Active Policy of Employment as a Basic Tool for the Fight against Unemployment in the Ústí Region? deals with the problems of unemployment at general level and the tools leading to its solution in the frame of the European Community as well as the national policy. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part analyses the unemployment, defines its types, causes and results for every individual and the whole society. The ending of this part is dedicated to the characteristics of the Ústí Region, especially the Děčín Region from the view of the development of the unemployment. The second empirical part analyses the quantitative research focused on the target group of the unemployed people older than fifty years. The aim of this thesis is to work out the project on the basis of the research results, that would correspond the best to the needs of the target group and to write a grant request to the appeal on the global grants number 74 under the name of ?The Appeal on Submitting GP 2.1 ? The Reinforcement of the Active Employment Policy? in the frame of the operational programme Human Resources and Employment.
