Developing competencies of group leaders at children's camps in primary prevention of aggressive behavior

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá začleněním primární prevence agrese do volného času dětí a mládeže, který tráví na táborech. Hlavními činiteli by v tomto případě měli být samotní vedoucí dětských táborů. Práce se dělí na dvě části. Část teoretická představuje chod dětských táborů, vývojové charakteristiky dětí absolvujících dětské tábory pořádané DDM Vikýř a propojení vývojových specifik s možnostmi vzniku agrese. V praktické části lze nalézt výchovně vzdělávací program sloužící k podpoře táborových vedoucích při získávání znalostí v oblasti primární prevence agresivního chování a rozvíjení schopností zařazovat primárně preventivní aktivity do táborového programu. Tento program byl realizován s oddílovými vedoucími dětských táborů pořádaných DDM Vikýř v roce 2018.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the inclusion of the primary prevention of aggression into the leisure time of children and youth that they spend at summer camps. The main factor in this case should be the camp team leaders of children. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part presents children's summer camps regime, developmental characteristics of children passing the summer camps organized by DDM Vikýř and interconnection of developmental specifics with the possibilities of aggressive behavior. In the practical part we can find an educational program to support camp team leaders in acquiring knowledge in the field of primary prevention of aggressive behavior and developing the capability to include primarily preventive activities in the camp program. This program was implemented with the camp team leaders organized by DDM Vikýř in 2018.
