Cooperation Model between a Teaching Assistant and Participants in the Educational Process

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá spoluprací asistenta pedagoga s účastníky výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu. Teoretická část předkládá poznatky o asistentovi pedagoga a o účastnících výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu ve spolupráci s asistentem pedagoga. Hlavním cílem praktické části je vytvořit model spolupráce asistenta pedagoga s účastníky výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu. Výzkumné šetření je kvalitativního charakteru. Pro získání dat byla použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, jenž je v souladu s designem výzkumu, kterým je případová studie. Výzkumný soubor tvořili čtyři účastníci ze základní školy na vesnici ve Zlínském kraji, konkrétně asistentka pedagoga, žák se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, třídní učitelka žáka a matka žáka. Výsledky výzkumného šetření odhalily specifika spolupráce asistentky pedagoga s těmito účastníky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the cooperation of a teaching assistant with participants in the educational process. The theoretical part presents the findings about the teaching assistant and the participants in the educational process in cooperation with the teaching assistant. The main goal of the practical part is to create a model of cooperation between the teaching assistant and the participants in the educational process. Research investigation is of a qualitative character. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data, which is in line with the research design, which is a case study. The research team consisted of four participants from an elementary school in a village in the Zlín region, a teaching assistant, a pupil with special educational needs, the pupil's class teacher, and the pupil's mother. The results of the research revealed the specifics of the teaching assistant's cooperation with the pupil with these participants.
