Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Psychická zátěž pečujících o klienty v zařízeních následné péče", která se skládá z teoreticko-výzkumné části. Teoretická část se věnuje hlavně problematice stresu, jak zvládat stresové situace, dále psychickou zátěží a rizikovými faktory v pracovním prostředí, syndromu vyhoření, duševní hygieně a pomáhajícím profesím. My bachelor thesis deals with the topic of psychological stress in staff providing aftercare. The work has a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is dedicated mainly to the issue of stress, coping with stress, risk factors in the working environment, burn-out syndrome, mental hygiene, and helping professions.
